La 27e cérémonie annuelle des Critics Choice Awards a été animée par Taye Diggs et Nicole Byer, la cérémonie des 2022 a été diffusée en direct sur la CW et TBS. La soirée s’est déroulée avec des célébrations organisées à la fois à Los Angeles et à Londres, la Critics Choice Association (CCA) ayant ajouté le lieu satellite pour inclure les nominés qui ont également assisté aux BAFTAs. La partie de la cérémonie qui se déroule à Los Angeles a lieu à l’hôtel Fairmont Century Plaza, tandis que les stars se réunissent pour un événement de fin de soirée à l’hôtel Savoy de Londres.
